Falcon Heights Church has a congregational form of governance. At the Annual Meeting in January, members of the church elect leaders and make other key decisions. Other congregational meetings may be scheduled during the year.
An elected Executive Board consisting of four officers (the moderator, moderator-elect, clerk and treasurer) and nine at-large members serves as the church’s policy-making body and conducts church business between congregational meetings.
The assistant treasurer, financial secretary and historian, as well as standing committees and ministry teams, also carry out various church functions and ministries.
