Listening for God’s voice
To worship at Falcon Heights Church is to experience the presence of the still-speaking God as part of a vibrant Christian community. Come join us for Sunday morning worship, special services marking important days in the church year, and more informal prayer times. Currently we’re gathering in person and offering a livestream or recorded version of the service.
All ages welcome
Holy Communion is shared the first Sunday of each month, and everybody is welcome. We don’t follow a formal liturgy, but our services incorporate traditional elements of Scripture readings, sermons, hymns and other music, and prayer.
Prayer
Prayer is an important part of our life and worship at Falcon Heights Church. Members of the congregation lift up their joys and concerns; then we all join in prayer for people and situations in the world. We conclude with the Lord’s Prayer:
Our Father-Mother, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
