Rev. Rick King
Pastor
Rev. Rick has been with Falcon Heights Church since November 2017. In over 30 years of ministry, he’s served in pastorates in Metro Chicago, Minnesota, North Carolina and Colorado. He has a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School. As one who links action and contemplation in his spiritual life, he does political action organizing with Isaiah MN, and is a spiritual director in training at St. Kate’s in St. Paul. Katie Chalmers-Garvey
Office Manager and Building Coordinator
Katie was born in Saint Paul’s Midway neighborhood and grew up in the Philippines. She attended the Brent International School in Manila before coming back to Minnesota to study at Bethel University, where she earned a B.A. with a major in psychology and a Master of Organizational Leadership. She loves crocheting, reading mysteries, quilting and hiking outside in God’s creation. Katie can be reached at [email protected].
Josh Neuenschwander
Director of Music
Josh has served in professional music ministry for more than two decades and has taught music at the college level and in public schools. He is currently assistant professor of music education and director of bands at the University of Wisconsin, River Falls. A self-described hockey and band dad, Josh is also a private pilot who enjoys sports and the outdoors. He and his family live in Woodbury.

Julie Harrington
Sunday Nursery Coordinator
Julie has lived in the Roseville/Falcon Heights area for most of her life. With a passion for children and babies, Julie worked in the child care arena for over 33 years! She has one son of her own who is now in his 20s. She has a creative mind, and is always thinking of great activities for little ones to be engaged with.
Kristi Frid
President, Calendar Management Services
Kristi Frid and her crew have cleaned our church since 2016. A West St. Paul native, Kristi has been cleaning for 20 years and thoroughly enjoys it. Her company cleans churches, offices and houses.
