Over 30 years ago, 77 percent of Minnesotans voted in favor of using a portion of the state lottery proceeds to build the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund (ENRTF). Since then, over $1 billion has been invested to help restore and protect our land, water, and wildlife. The ENRTF is up for renewal on the 2024 Minnesota ballot with a new community grants program that would provide over $20 million annually for smaller, community-focused organizations and projects around the state.

Please consider this as you go to the polls. Not voting on the renewal is counted as a “No” vote.
