From Monday, June 19, until at least Aug. 18, the City of Falcon Heights will be repaving Holton Street and Garden Avenue, impacting access to Falcon Heights Church.

Garden Avenue between Hamline and Snelling avenues will have extensive work done, including reclaiming (grinding) asphalt and mixing it with the gravel below it, installing new pavement and restriping the roadway.

Beginning the week of June 26, utilities will be installed on all streets, with the chance of road closures while this takes place.

Beginning the week of July 10, a sidewalk will be constructed on the north side of Garden, and the width of the street will be reduced with parking on the south side of the street.

Holton Street between Roselawn and Larpenteur avenues will have the top layer of asphalt removed and repaved. Spot curb and gutter repairs will also be done as part of this project.
