Youth stock sale to fund a tiny home build

The youth of FHC’s Emerge (confirmation) program are selling shares of “stock” to raise $3,300 by June 5 to fund the building of a tiny home on a “sacred settlement” in St. Paul. The “shares” are shares of the tiny home, and the fundraiser is part of Settled, an ecumenical ministry to address homelessness in the metro area.

Our youth are joining forces with St. Anthony Park UCC, St. Paul’s UCC on Summit, and UCC New Brighton to raise a total of $35,000 for the tiny home as part of their summer immersion experience to learn about homelessness and poverty and what the church can do to help. Youth will be selling shares at church and through our online giving portal. All your gifts are tax-deductible. THANK YOU!
