Volunteer for Meals on Wheels

The Roseville Area Meals on Wheels program provides recipients with balanced and nourishing meals, which helps them to live healthy and independent lives. For many, it would be extremely difficult or impossible to do so without this daily aid.

Every third Monday, our church is responsible for delivering these meals. Delivery is set up by routes covering the Falcon Heights/Roseville area. Typically, each route includes 8-12 meals. We pick up the meals at the Roseville Senior Center located in the Anpetu Teca Community Center at 11 a.m. Delivery time usually runs about an hour. Our drivers, using their own cars, work individually or as two-person teams.

We are in need of more drivers–either to take on a regular route, or to provide occasional backup! It is a very easy way to help out in our community. If this service opportunity sounds interesting to you, please talk with Carolyn Hill.
